Resources, Inspirations, References, pt 2

Sun Mar 1, 2009, 12:52 PM
Time to update my resource credits and praises.

Some older resources for brushes, textures, etc that I still adore:
:iconfalln-brushes::iconanarasha-stock::iconhorhew::iconscarlettarcher::iconlarrydnjr:

And I highly recommend the stock photos of :iconsinned-angel-stock: for inspiration or reference.

Recent discoveries:
:iconenchantedgal-stock::iconamaries-stock::iconsirius-sdz::iconenv1ro:

And for tricky poses, I sing the praises of :iconsenshistock:
They have a bit of a Sailor Moon theme, but countless of their poses are practical for a zillion other things. I used Senshi for my Ghost fanart. Senshi is a very creative lady with help from a few friends. Perhaps one of the best things I can say about their work is that they're photographing useful poses, not egos.

As for my spotty appearances on DA, and near-nil uploading in the past couple of months... sorry. I've missed it, but I was certainly in a funk of artless-ness. Getting sick with the flu was part of it, and it certainly didn't help.

So I was reading one of the last books and they said SIRE, then they said master, so I'm guessing they use both terms.

anyway, I thought I should let you know! haha!

Thank you for the 'fav! I'm hoping to have more SP nuttiness soon...among other things. I like your work! Do you use brush pens? It certain has that organic feel to it!
Thanks a lot! I use Photoshop Elements and a tablet with a lot of sensitivity. I've become so spoiled, when I use traditional media, I keep wishing for an undo function, or layers, or transparency. I enjoy manipulating my digital art for a very painted feel.
